I agree. Let's document it as 'set defaultColors jmol|rasmol' I will implement it today. I will also leave 'set color jmol|rasmol' in place, so as to give authors of existing script a chance to migrate their code. But, 'set color jmol|rasmol' should be considered deprecated ... and therefore subject to removal at my arbitrary whim.
