Oh, I may not be able to make that transition.... Leave that to the next generation. What is working here is the use of a spreadsheet as the basis for any changes made:

I know that sounds hopelessly out of date, but really it is very nice solution to the "ever changing target" problem.
If you can figure out how to fit that in with a Wiki idea, that would be fine. But don't ask me to do it!!! :)
