Hi, Vicki I am trying to do the same. I posted on feb.24 about "implementing PickCallBack with Jmol.js". Please, look at Bob Hanson's reply. I will try to follow his example in order to obtain the distance and angle information. It seems that PickCallBack only gives atom info, so for distance, angle and torsion the MessageCallBack will have to be used, but this is very complex (gets every message), so it will have to be filtered. > 6. bonds & angles (Vickie Mckee) > 7. Anyone knows another way to do it? The idea is to get the distance mesage/report into a Javascript variable (which can then be put into an alert box, the status line or somewhere in the page). ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
