I recognize insertions codes are a problem to solve, but still don't feel
comfortable that the order in the pdb would invalidate a reasonable
command.
How about a switch ("set whatever") to either explicitly activate
"correlative"
selection --for these cases-- or leave default plain numeric selection --for
normal protein cases--?
