Hi, John
Works OK in my Firefox 1.0.6, but hangs and does not loop in IE 6
(both WinXP)

Chime has always had funny behaviour with IE, despite all the efforts.
I had never used this "loop" command, so I cannot help much.

An idea if you must use IE: you could try putting the script -without the
loop- in an external
file and have it call itself at the end. Sort of:

<embed src=" 1atom.pdb " height=100% width=100%
        spiny=30
        startspin=false
        options3d=specular
        script="zap; load DNA_B.pdb; script dnashow.spt"
>

And save the rest as "dnashow.spt":

set ambient 50;
   (etc.)
label genome would be 500,000 km.;
delay 6;
script dnashow.spt

Changing into Jmol is not difficult in principle, but there is always one
command or another
that behaves differently, so I would not go into it unless you have some time
and experience.
Of course, with Jmol you gain much better rendering of atoms and labels.

Good luck
