Bill, There was a fundamental flaw in the way that bonds were being created. Bonds were being created between atoms in different models. I believe that this could easily have accounted for the problem you are seeing. Bob has corrected this ... as part of his other work on 'connect'. I suggest that you try this again when the 10.00.49 prelease is made. If you would like to get the .jar files sooner, then contact someone and we will mail it to you off-list.
