No, only directory-relative path is currently allowed with Jmol.js. DocumentRoot-relative path gives also an alert, that's the problematic part IMHO. It's difficult to do without it in some situations (like MediaWiki ;) ) If you think that by default it should raise an alert for DocumentRoot-relative path, I was suggesting to add a fonction in Jmol.js to disable this alert.
