The basis for methods 3, 4 and 5 is an inline frame (IFRAME tag in HTML) that contains a full webpage. So, what is shown initially in the square can be any html content -- text, image, a combination...-- Same goes for what is shown later: Jmol applet plus any supplementary content, like the checkbox and links I put for a sample. > I agree that option 1 popups are annoying but some people like them. Right now, the pop-up window has a name, that's why only one window is used for both molecules. But each one could open in a separate window. In my opinion, user's preferences will vary. Even an option could be offered for one behaviour or the other. > Personally I would allow just option 5 - > allowing image - and option 4 - replace box with no image with Jmol > object. Well, really versions 4 and 5 work the same. I just did some restyling on the go. As I just said, either text or image or both are feasible. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
