I found Angel's demonstration page very interesting. 
I believe a similar inline display can be user activated by means of 
innerHTML.
I'm not a computer programmer, but I find this technique seems to work 
with many browsers, including Opera.
Most of my work is done on a Mac and then tested on Windows platforms.
The following demo page works with my Mac browsers, but I haven't yet 
tried other systems.
