Alan, check values not in radii.xls, but in the source,

that's where Jmol takes them from.

Maybe something changed along versions (it shouldn't, I think). I'll try to see 
my periodic table 
using 10.9.... no, it's got the same aspect. I think it must be a question of 
file formats (pdb, 
mol) specifying charges in different ways
