I used it often with Chime and so did I with Jmol for the simple file 
viewer I implemented for the Librairie de molécules. You can have an 
example of it working at a page like 
http://librairiedemolecules.education.fr/vismol.php?idmol=208. The 
buttons under "Affichage" perform this kind of scripts.
