fine. Yes, that looks nice. I'm using that in the popup menu now because it seems to me more of the right thing for a novice to see. So this is a genuinely useful use of restrict -- to clear out ALL the renderings and start over. Sometime we might what to think about something a bit more friendly, such as:
hide balls hide sticks hide cartoons ... display balls display sticks display cartoons ... The idea here is that we wouldn't be resetting them to "0 size", just not displaying them. You could set them up and then display/hide them individually on demand. Just an idea. Maybe too complicated.
