Now that we can make XYZ and MOL and PDB data directly with a single 
command, I should go in and add

Copy selecte as...
  ...XYZ
  ...MOL
  ...PDB

an option could be to "freeze" the perspective in the coordinates. This 
would let you rotate a model around, hit copy, and have the data stored 
with that orientation -- degrade the data a bit, but not too badly, I think.

I think someone else will have to work on the application menu. For me 
the application is just a convenient workbench for developing and 
testing scripts.
