I don't use the application frequently, but exploring the "logical" a 
new user would follow, I perused the menu.

I see. I copied text from a MOL file and there it shows up. 
Wonderful!  Now I see this is the same available to the applet via 
the console, "paste model data here and load".

Excellent feature too.

I cannot do it if it involves Java programming, but if someone points 
me into the location of the source file where actions of the menu are 
defined, I'll see what I can do. What I'm thinking of is mainly 
redefine the "close" item.
