Hi all,
as far as I know it works with

write history <filename>

but the problem I have is in understanding where Jmol likes to write  
files, as sometimes the input path is taken, other times it isn't,  
and in the latter case it doesn't write a file anywhere.
It probably relates to my very bad knowledge of what happens inside  
PCs, but if someone could explain I might end up writing file where  
we (me and Jmol!) decide to....:-))
