Hi all, as far as I know it works with write history <filename>
but the problem I have is in understanding where Jmol likes to write files, as sometimes the input path is taken, other times it isn't, and in the latter case it doesn't write a file anywhere. It probably relates to my very bad knowledge of what happens inside PCs, but if someone could explain I might end up writing file where we (me and Jmol!) decide to....:-)) Many thanks Ciao Adriano Il giorno 06/mar/07, alle ore 18:32, Bob Hanson ha scritto: > It should appear in the log (along with all sorts of other stuff) > if you use > > set loglevel 5 > > But I wonder what the issue is with Macs.
