Wow - this works perfectly on my system (Mac OS X 10.4.9) using Safari (2.0.4), Firefox (2.0.0.2) and even Opera (9.0). It also seems to behave similarly using Firefox 2.0 on Ubuntu Linux. There are the usual quirks attributed to the Java embedding plugin (the molecule disappears while resizing the window) with Firefox on the Mac, but that's not a big deal. The only difference I observed is how small I could make the window. Is there any way to control the minimum size of the Jmol pane?
I don't know that I'll use this right away on my existing pages - but if I were setting up new pages I would definitely incorporate this arrangement. Thanks for all your work!
