I found a solution: Reducing the map resolution to 1.0 solved it.   
This resolution actually looks surprisingly good for larger channels.  
However, this resolution is not so good for small pores, so I have  
introduced a user option for small/large pores with a higher resolution.

I added a option for two surfaces. This again works only well for  
large/medium pores.


In conclusion, I am very happy with the way Jmol works for zeolites!
