I think this was a wonderful idea that will really enhance Jmol.

I have checked in for 11.1.30 full support for language switching.

Thus, you can set the language before hand, you can set the language
anytime after loading using the script,
and you can simply pick a language from the menu.
You can still turn translation off or force it on when using message
callbacks, but it is "always on" in terms
of the popup menu.
Might take some experimenting to see if I missed some things, but it
seems to work beautifully for me here.
Actually, it's quite fun. I can practice my Spanish!
