Hi,

Is there a way I can change the color scheme for chains in a protein? the
one that comes with jmol
is different from what I need, and I have to select chain by chain and color
it according to my scheme,
I just want to save these steps if possible (saving code too)...

I've seen the discussions regarding having a standardized scheme and I
agree, but in my case I
need to have consistent coloring in my app with previous works (standardized
differently from jmol)
