Right now Jmol does not support user-derived color schemes. It's on the list of things to support, but it is not there yet. A color scheme is simply a list of color values, which are integers, so in principle, this is not too difficult -- we just need to have a data statement that can load these into a named color scheme. This is a good feature request. Please do introduce it as such.
