Hi users I have mastered the basics for putting straightforward images into Jmol but alas get stuck when trying to convert animations. Is there help available somewhere?
The sort of thing I am working on had Chime statement <embed src="ethane.xyz" name="vib" width="180" height="180" startanim="true" animmode="loop" animfps=2 animframecallback="graphe" script="zoom 200; rotate y 0; rotate x 180; rotate z 0;select carbon; spacefill 231; select hydrogen; spacefill 111;color labels red; select (atomno=5 or atomno=3); label H " align="ABSMIDDLE"></embed> with an associated function graphe etc. Any advice gratefully received.
