I don't think you should have any problem with animated models to move 
from Chime to Jmol, commands are the same.

Just use this script:

zoom 200; 
select carbon;

spacefill 111;
color labels red; 
select (atomno=5 or  atomno=3); 
label H;
anim mode loop;
anim fps 2;
anim on;

> with an associated function graphe etc.

This I'm not sure, but try to use
set AnimFrameCallback "graphe"
as described in 
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/#setcallback
