OK, Nico just released Jmol 11.3.15, which should be all set for custom 
menus. 11.3.14 was a first attempt; 11.3.15 is actually the version to 
try if you are interested in experimenting with this.
It's really very simple to set up a menu. I'm hoping someone will set up 
a "Chime look-alike" menu for us to try.
