Angel,
I think it should work locally as long as they put the file in a
subdirectory of the the /jmol directory. They would just have to set
the path properly when creating the file. The issue is that this
arrangement is not really a very good organization for a server
because you probably want to maintain a single copy of Jmol and use a
directory structure that is logical for the way the server is used.
I will look into adding instructions on local testing to the export
to web help.
