Repeating the test below, it worked fine the second time (cleared
cache, quit and restarted browser). That is, there is a structure in
both applets.

It is different. The page loads with the structure in the right-
hand applet (this was not the case before), and the left-hand
applet loads, but no structure. Nothing informative in the Java
console...

There is definitely something odd there. Frieda, try first loading
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/new.htm
Then load the page below. Is that any different? I'm wondering if
there
is a Java/browser/possibly Jmol bug that messes up synchronization
when
the applet is being cached. After new.htm caches the applet,
sync2.htm
should start right up very quickly. Not a solution, but I'm
interested
if that produces any results.

Hi,
I am starting to work with the synch command, but the page above no
longer works (it used to) - one of the applets is stuck in loading
mode forever. Can you fix this Bob? Also, is there other
documentation
of this command aside from this page? Can't find using search...
Thanks,
Frieda
