Hello again Somy I understand your problem but cannot reproduce it:
I load e.g. 1hje.pdb then label %A shows labels "A" or "B" on all atoms that have an alternate location label %n%A shows the residue name followed by "A" or "B" (using Jmol 11.2.13) If you want "ALA:A" you need to use label %n:%A and there it is! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
