I've set up a couple of test pages at http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/sync.htm and http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/sync4.htm that allow you to play with the settings. Using those, I found a bug -- with orientation syncing (sync * on;set syncMouse off;set syncScript off) in that rotate commands are not transmitted to the other applets. That will be fixed in 11.3.61, which is available currently as http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/Jmol-11_3.zip
