I'm seeing something that might be related. In Jmol-11.5.30
I select two atoms, "connect all selected", and colour the
bond pink. All well. But when I save the Jmol state and
reload, that new bond does not appear (the other bonds that
Jmol had calculated still appear).

The same sequence of events works as expected in Jmol-11.4_RC1.

Note also that in trying to check against the latest Sourceforge tarball
(11.5.31), the applet loading hangs while my server errors with

"File does not exist: .../java/jmol/javax/vecmath/Vector4d.class"

Regards
Brian

PS to Bob Hanson. Bob, did you receive the CIFs I sent to you
off-list for thermal ellipsoid testing? I didn't receive an
expected acknowledgement, and just want to check that direct
email has got through.
