OK, this is fixed for 11.5.32. It was really a nasty problem that 
affected all bonds created by a user. These bonds were not saved in the 
state. It took some major redesigning to fix this. Please alert me to 
any problems having anything to do with bonds in 11.5.32, to be released 
soon.
