Hi All,
I am trying to overlay several Ramachandran plots using the script, load
file1.pdb; ramachandran; load append file2.pdb; ramachandran; frame 0.0;
display 2.1, 4.1. The result of this script is a blank applet. Sending
show frames through the console gives information on frames 1.1 and 3.1 but
nothing on frames 2.1 and 4.1. I thought that the plot remained in the
frame after it was made. Is that not the case?
