I don't know how many of you saw this article - Kumar, P.; Ziegler, A.; Ziegler, J.; Uchanska-Ziegler, B.; Ziegler, A., Grasping molecular structures through publication-integrated 3D models. Trends Biochem. Sci. 2008, 33, 408-412.
It shows some nice models that are user interactive from within a pdf file. (Although I admit I had a tough time finding the pdf version that actually has the interactive models!) They made the models using PyMol and Adobe's 3D tools. I'm wondering if it would be possible to do something like this using Jmol....... -Jennifer Jennifer Muzyka Professor of Chemistry On sabbatical at University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy Centre College Danville, KY 40422 [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://web.centre.edu/muzyka ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Jmol-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jmol-users
