I don't know how many of you saw this article -

Grasping molecular structures through publication-integrated 3D models. Trends 
Biochem. Sci. 2008, 33, 408-412.

It shows some nice models that are user interactive from within a pdf file.  
(Although I admit I had a tough time finding the pdf version that actually has 
the interactive models!)  They made the models using PyMol and Adobe's 3D 
tools.  I'm wondering if it would be possible to do something like this using 
Jmol.......
