Principally this could be done. But the problem in doing this right  
now with Jmol is the file format. Currently Jmol doesn't export a file  
format that Adobe's 3D tools understand. The VRML export function is  
too rudimentary to be of any use here. One would need a PovRay to VRML  
converter (or some other format that Adobe's 3D tools understand) to  
do it. I don't know if such a converter is available.
