Thanks for your quick effort in implementing Jmol support for the alchemy
format.

The last link seems not working, as I clicked it right now. I downloaded
Jmol-11.zip by following the first link, and can verify that the alchemy
render is working.

As a more realistic example, I have put a new alchemy file
'3dna_roll_bend.alc' at:
http://rutchem.rutgers.edu/~xiangjun/3DNA/jmol/3dna_roll_bend.alc

and RasMol (v2.6.4) and Jmol rendered image at:
http://rutchem.rutgers.edu/~xiangjun/3DNA/jmol/3dna_roll_bend.png
