I've put up that roll-bend example instead of the other one. By the way, one could do a whole lot with quaternions in this area. Let me know if you are interested in exploring that. Looks like you might have a prototype for a new "cartoon" representation of nucleic acids. What do you think? We could have these for nucleic acids and planes for proteins. All standard in Jmol.
