Hi

I am new to Jmol!
I am using the applet on the web
I am trying to use jmolCheckbox, where the check commands are (very)
numerous

<script type="text/javascript">
jmolCheckbox("script ./Pgradsorted", "script ./reset", "Chain P" )
</script>

my script Pgradsorted contains2 commands per amino acid ~ 200 commands

having used the command successfully on one line (without a script
command) - I want to extend the same functionality to 400 amino acids -
the line gets rather too long!!
However the above code and seveal variations on the theme produce no effects

the top 10 lines of the script are:-
$ head Pgradsorted
select Asn43:P;colour [0,107,255] ;
select Val39:P;colour [0,128,255] ;
select Arg38:P;colour [0,143,255] ;
select Gln9:P;colour [0,143,255] ;
select Ile10:P;colour [0,143,255] ;
select Ser35:P;colour [0,143,255] ;
select Arg11:P;colour [0,161,255] ;
select Arg37:P;colour [0,161,255] ;
select Asp21:P;colour [0,161,255] ;
select Gln75:P;colour [0,161,255] ;
Can some one point me in the direction of either refering to a script on
the web page or how to specify very long lines to Jmol

many thanks
Phil
