As far as I know, atomIndex has always (and should in future) start at zero due to technical reasons. atomNo starts at one.
Another try... Yup! it seems that I reported wrongly Forget my former post. Everything works as expected logically. Size and length give the number of atoms, while max givex the index of the last one.
