Hi, Starting with Jmol 12.0, we decided to stop supporting Java versions before 1.5. Even 1.5 is not supported any more by Sun/Oracle, so it seems a reasonable choice.
I don't think that you using Java 6, the second output is showing Java 1.4.0 as version...
