Ls,

The group of Steve Pettifer in Manchester has a DSSP Web service (findable
through the EMBRACE Web service registry: http://www.embraceregistry.net/).
At the CMBI you can find an interpreted DSSP Web service through WHAT IF
wiws.cmbi.ru.nl/wsdl/ and wiws.cmbi.ru.nl/help/ (and a Web server too:
swift.cmbi.ru.nl/). Further, feel free to look at
swift.cmbi.ru.nl/gv/facilities/ and swift.cmbi.ru.nl/gv/dssp/ for more
information. A 'pointer' to the JMOL implementation will be added there in
due time.

Greetings
Gert Vriend
