Hi everyone,

In the last months, there was an increase of vandalism on the Jmol wiki
(usually several times a day).
I have changed security settings to try to limit this vandalism :

   - As before, only registered users can make modifications, but now a
confirmed email address is also required.
   - Registration of a new account now requires an email address and a
Captcha is now displayed (image containing distorted text)
   - Captcha is also now displayed when adding external links to a page, or
when a previous login attempt has failed

I will see what result we have in the following days, and may change this
configuration if needed.

If you have any question or problem with this new configuration, please tell
me.

Nico
