Hi. I'd like to be able to import structures into Jmol that are stored within a jar on the webserver. Can this be done from a script ? i.e. load FILES "mystructures.jar!1xyz.ent" .. ?
thanks in advance! Jim. ps. I'd also be interested in a means of retrieving structures available on Jmol's classpath. We use this trick in jalviewLite to speed up the import of static alignment and annotation data, by adding a jar containing the data to the classpath for the applet, and have JalviewLite try to use the ClassLoader to retrieve the named resource. -- ------------------------------------------------------------------- J.
