just an additional FYI for anybody else wondering how to do this, the
scripting manual
(http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/#read/writezipfiles) states :
load "myfiles.zip|files|pdb|1crn.pdb"
to load 1crn.pdb stored as files/pdb/1crn.pdb in a zip called myfiles.zip
