Dear Jmolers, I encountered an error with the write JMOL "file" command. First this command is not accepted while its alias write zipall "file" is. But, when I tried to save the zip file I got a message stating that the first pdb file loaded doesn't exist : Users/paul0/Desktop/nucleotide_adenine.pdb (No such file or directory) Same result with write zip "filename" On the contrary Write state does work
