I have a question concerning the serving of pdbs. Occasionally, and ONLY
occasionally, I receive the following error when trying to load or reload a pdb
in a webpage:

"java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.net.socketpermission
[IP address:port#] connect,resolve)"

I have heard that this may be an issue with newer versions of Java. I'm using
1.6.0_25-b06.

I am using the unsigned Jmol applet, serving pdbs from the same domain as the
applet.

Thanks,
David
