Dear List I'm building up a website which loads a PDB file (around 12000 atoms) into a Jmol Applet for viewing. A couple of script instructions are issued at load up as well. What I'm a bit unhappy about is the loading time, it's very slow. Are there any ways of speeding this up? Where should I look first for things that affect performance?
