Hi, I am using jmol applet in my server. I want to display the structures as ribbons by default. However some structures don't have any ribbons, so if I ask for ribbons representation I get an empty window. In such a case I want to display the structure in spacefill. How can I do it automatically? I need a command to select everything that can't be displayed as ribbons.
