How special is the JSmolJQuery.js? The place where I expect to have some problems is implementing this in Sage which uses JQuery as well for the web interface. It looks like the iecors part should work OK, but I'm not clear on the other things you did. Might it be better to ship correction scripts until or unless JQuery incorporates the changes?
