You asked if things have changed and for me the answer is no, in Safari. I
have looked at the following URL.

I can load an initial structure. In fact, I can load multiple structures. I
can use the menu once. After that, I cannot use it. That is, I can spend my
single specification on the first structure, but the menu does not open
subsequently, on that or any other structure. I also have issues with the
links on the left side. The cyclohexane, for example, simply gives some
indecipherable gibberish at the top of the screen in red. It appears that
there may be an unrecognized file error.
You asked about the a javascript error. The way they have Mountain set up, I
cannot find that console. Perhaps someone can provide me with guidance to
that.
