Well, you know, since JSmol is JavaScript already, there's really no reason to
use the JSON string business. You can just get the "Java" object now if you are
using the HTML5 option. You will have to learn how to access that info as a
"Java" object, though:

This works now in HTML5 or Java.

scriptWait and scriptWaitAsArray seem not to be working as advertised in the
latest JSmol update. They return a string that looks like an array, but can't
be parsed and cast as an array by something like $.parseJSON because of the
presence of unquoted Jmol commands. Any idea what's up? Just tried messing
around with it in the console here:

I use scriptWaitAsArray to pull JSmol's state into Javascript.
Others, if there are any Javascript wizards out there who know of a good way to
pull the real output out of something like this, I'd love to know.
