I see the same thing. From the error message, it looks like you got the file
via PubChem REST. The one that works on your site is also a PubChem sdf - maybe
some error in the original PubChem query?
Here's the correct REST link to the compound:
http://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/rest/pug/compound/cid/6327/SDF
It downloaded the correct text SDF.
