It is web based, I am not doing any local file access at all. jsmol.php is on
the server and the URL is set correctly, I get an error message now of " Error
connecting to server:
http://undergrad-ed.chemistry.ohio-state.edu/VSEPR/jsmol.php?call=getRawDataFromDatabase&database=_&query=https%3A%2F%2Fundergrad-ed.chemistry.ohio-state.edu%2FVSEPR%2FPDB%2Fch4.pdb.gz&encoding=base64";
